On December 12, at 8:30 p.m., the Institute for Professional Excellence held a new gala to recognize, with the Prize for Excellence 2019 to the most prominent companies, institutions and foundations in the Spanish panorama.
The Institute for Professional Excellence is a guarantee and quality brand that recognizes the effort and commitment to Excellence of the best companies and professionals. The Board of Directors is formed by Professor Antonio Gabriel Pérez i Mateu, Vice President of Honor, and Counsel for the Kingdom of Spain, María Jesús Barreñada Muñoz, Vice President. Since the inauguration of the IEP, five years ago, she has had renowned professionals among her Honorary Counselors such as: HRH María Luisa de Prusia, President of the Concordia Association; The Illustrious Mr. Luis del Olmo,Doctor Honoris Causa; Mr. Dr. D. Leandro Plaza Celemín, Former President of the Spanish Heart Foundation.
Among the Honorary Members of the IEP are: Hon. Father Ángel Galindo García, Ex-rector of the Pontifical University of Salamanca; the Illustrious Mr. Vicente Del Bosque, Marquis of del Bosque and former coach of the National Spanish Soccer Team; and Father Ángel García Rodríguez, President and Founder of Peace Messengers and Prince of Asturias Award. In addition, the Gold Star for Professional Excellence has been awarded to companies such as: Natura Bissé, 7 and Acción Audiovisual Productions, Halcón Viajes and Lo Monaco, among others.
The act, presented by the Vice President of Honor, Antonio Gabriel Pérez i Mateu, has had great representation from the business world in our country. Furthermore,in this respect, the 2019 Excellence Award was given to an exclusive selection of companies, professionals and original projects, all of which, throughout the year have marked a milestone with their desire for innovation, for generating cutting edge ideas, for promoting values such as inclusion, environmental sustainability or for promoting more just, plural and economic patterns that have demonstrated their ability to promote quality employment and economic diversity.
Dr. Raúl Alelú-Paz, CEO of the Canis Majoris Foundation and Director of the Elena Pessino Gómez del Campo Neuroscience Laboratory, received the 2019 Excellence Award in recognition of his superior values in the professional field.
